Order Cancellation Rights

You can cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods. To cancel, email us at info@khajistan.com. We will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the order. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, ensure that:
- The goods were purchased in the last 30 days.
- The goods are in their original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized goods.
- Goods that deteriorate rapidly or are expired.
- Goods unsealed after delivery and not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
- Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- Toshakhana and Bookshop goods.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Email us to get the return address. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the goods weren't marked as a gift, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
