TOSHAKHANA is a repository for historical materials from collectors across the Islamic world. Due to past neglect and climate change, these materials need professional preservation and climate-controlled storage. We seek new partners with archival expertise to house and protect them from further decay. Our current partners include the Kislak Center at the University of Pennsylvania, and the libraries of Princeton and Stanford. Storage facilities are in Islamabad, Istanbul, and New York.
