Original Pakistani Urdu poster for Sher Dil (شیردل, Lion Heart), a Punjabi action film directed by Iqbal Kashmiri and released on Eid-ul-Azha, October 27, 2012. Produced by Haji Abdur Rasheed Shera under Shera Films in Lahore, it stars Shaan as DSP Haris and Saima as Inspector Sabrina, with Sila Hussain, Zeeshan Sikandar and Shafqat Cheema in supporting roles. The film delves into political corruption, power struggles and vigilante justice in contemporary Punjab. The poster’s striking imagery—blood-stained police uniforms, assault rifles and seductive mujra dancers set against a stormy skyline—reflects the late-stage VCD-era action aesthetic. No reliable box office figures are available and it did not register as a notable commercial success.
