    Translation:
    Front:
    “The actions of Saddam Hussein are what have made the world wage war on Iraq. Coalition air forces are making every effort to avoid harming innocent civilians. However, Saddam has placed some innocent citizens in military sites so they may die instead of being protected. Therefore, he is prepared to sacrifice all of you, as well as sacred places and Iraq’s history, in exchange for his survival.”

    Reverse:
    “Saddam is the sole cause.
    Bomb Iraq!”

    Imagery:
    The front presents a formal block of text framed like an official notice. The reverse features the Iraqi flag marked with splashes of blood, alongside a caricature of Saddam Hussein, visually linking national suffering and violence directly to his leadership.

    Objective:
    To shift moral responsibility for civilian casualties onto Saddam Hussein by portraying him as deliberately endangering civilians, while reinforcing the inevitability of coalition strikes and encouraging psychological separation from the regime.
