    Translation:

This war is a grave test for the existence of our nation and people.
Whether the state will endure or fall depends entirely on the strength and resolve of its citizens.

At such a time, each individual must abandon selfish desires and stand firm in spirit.
The duty of protecting the nation rests upon every person.

Victory cannot be achieved through reliance on others.
It is built through the accumulation of individual effort and unwavering determination.

No matter how difficult the circumstances, one must not lose heart.
Endurance, discipline, and unity are the foundation upon which the nation survives.

The fate of the country is decided by the actions of its people.

    Imagery:
The front presents a stark image of the Japanese flag (Hinomaru) centered on a plain background, functioning as a direct symbol of the nation. The reverse consists of vertically arranged Japanese text in a simple layout.

    Objective:
To reinforce national identity and unity, encouraging continued support for Japan’s war effort through symbolic imagery and ideological messaging.
