Original double-sided U.S. psychological operations leaflet produced during Operation Enduring Freedom. Printed in Dari and Pashto, the leaflet targets Taliban and al-Qaeda leadership by presenting their rule as collapsing and depicting key figures with skull-like faces.

Provenance: Airdropped leaflet acquired from the family of a U.S. military commander.
Translation:
Front: “The Taliban’s reign of fear is about to end.”
Back: “The Taliban’s reign of fear is about to end.”
Imagery: Front shows Mutawakkil, Bin Laden, Haqqani, and another Taliban-associated figure with skull-like facial features against an explosion background, visually presenting Taliban and al-Qaeda leadership as marked for collapse. Back shows the same figures before the skull transformation, with bodies hanging in the background, reinforcing the message that the Taliban government and its leadership are nearing defeat.
Objective: To demoralize Taliban and al-Qaeda supporters by presenting their leadership as doomed, discredited, and close to collapse under Coalition pressure.
Condition: Very good condition. Original example with clean color printing, light handling wear, minor creasing, and faint surface marks. Text and imagery remain clearly legible.
