Aurat Raj (1979), a landmark feminist satire from Pakistan starring Rani, Waheed Murad, and Mustafa Qureshi. Directed by Rangeela, the film envisions a world where women rise up to overthrow patriarchy—complete with role reversals, pointed comedy, and musical sequences that criticize gender norms. The poster features bold hand-painted artwork of its leading woman flanked by emasculated men, capturing the film’s anarchic spirit.
