Original double-sided U.S. psychological operations wanted and public security leaflet produced during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Printed in Arabic, the leaflet identifies Abd al-Qadir Makoul as wanted for attacks against Iraqi security forces and Coalition forces, and directs civilians to report information through Iraqi joint coordination channels.

Provenance: Surplus copy retained outside field distribution. Acquired from the personal materials of an unnamed U.S. military servicemember. Never airdropped or field-distributed.
Translation:
Front: “Wanted. Abd al-Qadir Makoul. Responsible for attacks against Iraqi security forces and Coalition forces using car bombs, and also responsible for the entry of Arab terrorists into Salah al-Din. Report any information to the Iraqi security authorities.”
Back: “The Iraqi Joint Coordination Center is the place that provides the assistance you need. Here, officials work directly and quickly for the safety and protection of Iraqi citizens. The center receives reports about weapons and explosives sites, harmful and criminal activities, terrorist activities, traffic accidents, fires, and civil disorder. Open 24 hours a day. Iraqi police forces, Iraqi emergency forces, Iraqi fire department, and the Iraqi army. Security and protection of Iraq begin with you.”
Imagery: Front shows a wanted-style notice with a portrait of Abd al-Qadir Makoul on an orange background, paired with Arabic text naming him and describing alleged attacks against Iraqi and Coalition targets. Back shows a public-service information panel for the Iraqi Joint Coordination Center, with contact numbers and an Iraqi flag motif in the background.
Objective: To solicit civilian information leading to the identification or capture of Abd al-Qadir Makoul, while directing Iraqis toward official reporting channels for security threats, weapons sites, criminal activity, terrorist activity, and emergencies.
Condition: Very good condition. Original example with clean color printing, light handling wear, minor creasing, and slight surface marks. Text and imagery remain clearly legible.
