Bottom text: “The green number for the Joint Coordination Center / Emergency Center allows you to provide information regarding criminal activity in the area to Iraqi security forces. This green number also guarantees the confidentiality of your identity and gives you the opportunity to help provide security in the area.”
Imagery:
Both sides use bilingual emergency-contact tables over faint photographic backgrounds of local Iraqi civic or security settings. The design presents coalition-backed civic infrastructure as practical, accessible, and locally embedded rather than purely military.
Objective:
To publicize emergency and security contact numbers for residents of Bayji and Ash Sharqat, encouraging civilians to report criminal activity and cooperate with local Iraqi security structures. The leaflet frames participation as confidential, civic-minded, and tied to restoring public order.
