A framed print of the 1990 Pashto film poster Qatl-e-Aam, starring Musarrat Shaheen, Asif Khan, and Badar Munir. The poster shows Shaheen in glittering stage clothes, blending mujra glamour with action and revenge, which were hallmarks of 1990s Pashto cinema. Made for local cinemas during the VHS era, it reflects a time when bold visuals, female stardom, and frontier justice shaped both the films and their street advertising.

Exhibited in “Spasial Program” at SculptureCenter, New York, June 18 –July 28, 2025.
